Exchange Policy:

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, We provide 3 days exchange policy for you. You caazn exchange all items except products on SALE! with in 3 days of product receipt.

Unwashed, unworn, wrong or defective items may be returned or exchanged for a same/different size, within 3 days from the date of delivery.

T-Shirts Exchange Policy (Size Only)
AED 50 Per Order Courier Exchange Charges (Max. 3 T-Shirts)

Return Policy:

The shipping charges i-e AED 40 for a hoodie and AED 20 for a t-shirt will be deducted in case of return, and the rest amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account

We will not accept return or exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. We is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend Hand washing all items in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration, print damage and shrinkage. For more details on our washing and caring instruction kindly refer to tags of your item.

Transaction charges may be applicable. Also please note that this process may take 5-10 working days.
